International Standard Music Number (ISMN)#

This validation rules checks if the posted input is a valid International Standard Music Number (ISMN) number and validated using the same rules as an ISBN-13 number, but it should start with "9790".

It will accept ISMN numbers with and without separator signs. The separator signs that are accepted are , - and _
